Every product offered by PeptivaLabs ("PeptivaLabs," "we," "us," "our") is sold strictly as a research compound. Our products are intended for in-vitro laboratory research, scientific investigation, and educational study. They are not intended for, nor are they sold for, human or veterinary consumption, diagnosis, treatment, cure, or prevention of any condition or disease.

By purchasing from PeptivaLabs, you acknowledge that you understand the research-only nature of every product in our catalog and that any use outside of in-vitro research is unauthorized, unendorsed, and outside the scope of any product representation, warranty, or guarantee made by PeptivaLabs.

None of the products sold by PeptivaLabs are approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or any other regulatory authority for human or veterinary use. The compounds in our catalog have not been evaluated for safety, efficacy, or quality as therapeutic agents.

You agree that you will not use, administer, or facilitate the use or administration of PeptivaLabs products in or on humans or animals.

The statements made by PeptivaLabs about its products — including descriptions of receptor activity, mechanism of action, published research findings, or potential applications discussed in research literature — have not been evaluated by the FDA. None of our products are intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

References to clinical trial data, peer-reviewed research, or published literature are provided for educational and research-context purposes only and do not constitute a recommendation or endorsement of any therapeutic use.

You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase from PeptivaLabs. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. We reserve the right to require age verification at any time and to cancel any order where age cannot be verified.

By placing an order with PeptivaLabs, you affirmatively attest that:

• You are a qualified researcher, laboratory professional, or otherwise authorized to acquire research-use compounds in your jurisdiction.
• You will use any product purchased from PeptivaLabs solely for in-vitro research, laboratory study, or scientific investigation.
• You will not consume, administer, or otherwise apply any product purchased from PeptivaLabs to a human or animal.
• You will not transfer, resell, or otherwise distribute any product purchased from PeptivaLabs to any party that does not also satisfy the foregoing.
• You assume full responsibility for the proper handling, storage, use, and disposal of any product purchased.

This attestation is required at checkout and your acceptance is recorded with each order.

Products purchased from PeptivaLabs may not be resold, redistributed, or transferred to any third party for human consumption, veterinary use, or any unauthorized purpose. Any onward distribution must be limited to qualified researchers and laboratories that satisfy the same attestation requirements set forth in Section 5.

PeptivaLabs reserves the right to investigate and refuse service to any customer believed to be reselling our products in violation of this policy.

PeptivaLabs ships exclusively within the United States via FedEx 2-Day. Free shipping is included on orders over $200; orders under $200 ship at standard FedEx 2-Day rates. International shipments are not currently available.

Certain states or jurisdictions may impose additional restrictions on the receipt or possession of certain research compounds. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws governing receipt of research compounds in your jurisdiction. PeptivaLabs reserves the right to decline orders shipping to addresses where applicable law restricts such shipments.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PeptivaLabs, its officers, employees, affiliates, and partners disclaim all warranties — express, implied, or statutory — regarding the products in our catalog, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, except as expressly stated in the Certificate of Analysis (COA) for the specific product lot.

PeptivaLabs's liability for any claim arising out of or related to the purchase, use, handling, storage, or disposal of any product is limited to the purchase price paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Under no circumstances will PeptivaLabs be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PeptivaLabs and its officers, employees, affiliates, and partners from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use, misuse, handling, storage, or disposal of any PeptivaLabs product; (b) your violation of these terms or any applicable law; (c) your breach of the Researcher Attestation set forth in Section 5; or (d) any claim by a third party arising from any of the foregoing.

Every PeptivaLabs vial ships with a Certificate of Analysis (COA) and an NFC-encoded blockchain authentication tag, with verification provided through our independent third-party authentication partner Authentichain (authentichain.io). The COA documents the lot-specific HPLC purity, mass spectrometry confirmation, and other QC parameters at the time of release.

Verification of any specific vial is your responsibility before opening or using the product. PeptivaLabs is not liable for product handling, storage, or use after the customer has accepted delivery.

These terms and any dispute arising out of or related to your purchase from PeptivaLabs are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of those courts.

PeptivaLabs may update these terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated to active customers via email at least 30 days before taking effect. Your continued purchases after a posted update constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
