Shipping Policy

PeptivaLabs ships exclusively within the United States. We do not currently ship internationally, including to US territories.

Certain states or jurisdictions may have additional restrictions on the receipt of research compounds. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with all applicable laws governing receipt of research compounds in your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to decline orders shipping to addresses where applicable law restricts such shipments.

Free 2-Day FedEx on orders over $200

Orders with a subtotal of $200 or more ship free via FedEx 2-Day. The free-shipping threshold is calculated on the product subtotal, before any taxes or fees.

Standard 2-Day FedEx for orders under $200

Orders under $200 ship via FedEx 2-Day at standard rates. The exact rate is calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address and order weight.

All orders ship via FedEx 2-Day Service. We do not offer slower or expedited options at this time — 2-Day is the standard for the entire catalog.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on a business day typically ship the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends ship the next business day.

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with FedEx tracking information when your order leaves our facility.

Most lyophilized peptides in our catalog are stable at room temperature for the duration of 2-day FedEx shipping. For cold-chain-sensitive compounds, ice packs are available on request at no additional charge.

To request ice packs for an order, leave a note at checkout in the order-comments field, or email info@peptivalabsus.com immediately after placing the order with your order number.

Every order ships with a FedEx tracking number you can use to track delivery progress. FedEx will typically deliver within 2 business days of shipment to most US addresses.

FedEx does not require a signature for our shipments by default. If you would prefer signature-on-delivery, contact us before your order ships and we can request that service from FedEx (this may incur an additional FedEx fee).

If your package is lost in transit, marked as delivered but not received, or arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days at info@peptivalabsus.com with your order number. We will work with FedEx to investigate and, where appropriate, replace your order at no charge or process a full refund. See our Refund Policy for full details.

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Address corrections after the order has shipped may incur additional FedEx fees, which we will pass through at cost.

We can correct an address before the order ships if you contact us at info@peptivalabsus.com within 1 hour of placing the order.
